Mahesh is the Co-founder and CTO of Aissel and comes with over 15+ years of experience in software development and technology architecture. Prior to starting Aissel, he was the Chief Architect at Cybage Software. As a core member of the technology architecture group, he led many projects for companies like Symantec, Microsoft, Netopia, Motorola, RocketSofware, etc. He was a member of the global SWAG (Software Architecture Group) for Symantec and worked on researching, mentoring and setting technology direction for global product teams. His expertise spans wide range of technologies including C, C++, Unix, MS .Net, OOD, OOA, TCP/IP, SNMP, Java & other open source technolgies etc. He brings in valuable experience in designing and managing large scale enterprise-level applications. Mahesh and his highly qualified and experienced engineering team work hard on our software solutions and built unmatched capabilities on our enterprise-class KOLM application.

Desh is an influential technology entrepreneur and visionary whose companies and ideas often reshape entire industries. Dr. Deshpande is also widely respected for his contributions to education and the greater community. Numerous business and industry publications in both the US and his native India have recognized Dr. Deshpande with awards. Dr. Deshpande is frequently invited to deliver keynote addresses at business, technology, education, and government conferences.
Desh is the Chairmain of HiveFire, Sycamore Networks, Tejas Networks. Prior to co-founding Sycamore Networks, 'Desh' was founder and chairman of Cascade Communications Corp. Between 1991 and 1997, Cascade grew from a one-person startup to a company with $500 million in revenue and 900 employees. In June of 1997, Cascade was acquired by Ascend Communications for $3.7 billion.
Prior to Cascade, 'Desh' co-founded Coral Network Corporation in 1988. Previously, he served in various management positions for Codex Corporation, a subsidiary of Motorola. Before joining Codex, Dr. Deshpande taught at Queens University in Kingston, Canada.
